In order to improve our support, the Software Database will be closed  from late Sunday, June 6th, - June 15. During this time, we will not be able to access or register software products, perform Smart Updates, or activate and replace dongles.  We will try to get this system back up and running as soon as we can.

Go to http://pfaff.webex.com
Go to Event Center by either clicking on the Event Center tab or Go To Services and Selecting Event Center
On right side of screen is a link called "View Events by Program"
A new List of Events by Program Window opens. The first program is "Software Support Help Files". Click this link.
Select the Help file you wish. All Pfaff Software Support Help File Recordings will be in this program listing.
Right now there is only one.
