Toile de Jouy

Our toile designs are simple to stitch and match, and will in essence, create fabric for you. There is a border, 915401 marked with endless for matching, and three other designs. We combined the three to make the seat on our ottoman, and used the border to go around the sides. The border is ideal for any long length of fabric, our curtain or runner are good examples, but don’t be limited to those. Think of borders for placemats, table cloths, sheets, towels, there is no end to the possibilities! Because you are “making fabric” don’t worry about matching and fitting the designs into the area. Just embroider on a chunk of fabric, and then cut out the ottoman top, or whatever you want to make.
